My husband, Walt and I own REALTY WORLD Southern Homes & Properties, LLC.  Real estate has been a big part of my life for many years.  I am originally from the Ukraine where I own a number of commercial and residential properties.  I have always had an interest in real estate and now I am listing and selling real estate with my own company.  I am a graduate of Karkov University in the Ukraine.  I worked for the University for several years and then the Soviet Union released us from their bondage.  I opened my own business in the Ukraine, a travel agency.  My travel agency is still being operated by my family in my hometown of Sumy.  I met my husband using the internet.  At that time he worked for an airline so he came to visit me many times.  In the year 2001 I came to America to be his wife.  I am now an American citizen and love it here.  There are so many opportunities that I have never had before.  I appreciate the local area and feel very much a part of the community.

I feel like the investment opportunities are great in Coffee County and my husband and I own a number of properties in the local area.  We both spend a lot of time on our cattle ranch in Crenshaw County.  If you are interested in residential property you have found an area that is ripe with opportunities.  Housing is plentiful and priced very competitively.  This is a wonderful retirement area with mild winters and warm summers.  The beach is just an hour and a half drive.
